Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with every product from our shop. This policy follows the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).

Changed your mind (online orders)

You may cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery. Return the item unused, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition. We refund the purchase price within 30 days of receiving it; the cost of returning it is yours.

Defective products

If a product is defective, contact us within 6 months of delivery. Once we have assessed it, we will repair or replace it or refund you, as the CPA provides. This does not apply to damage from incorrect installation, misuse, power surges or normal wear.

Manufacturer warranties

Many products, such as inverters and batteries, carry a longer manufacturer warranty. We will help you claim under it.

How to return

Email sales@royalpower.co.za or call 083 778 5382 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm how and where to send it.
