These terms apply to your use of this website and to purchases from the Royal Power online shop. By using the site you accept them.

Information on this website

We work to keep information accurate, but product details, prices and availability can change. Savings figures, the calculator and case-study results are estimates based on the stated assumptions and specific sites; they are not a quote or a guarantee for your property. A system proposal after a feasibility survey is the only binding offer for installations.

Installations

Solar and battery installations are governed by the written proposal and contract you sign with us, including the scope, price, payment terms, warranties and our workmanship guarantee.

Shop orders

• Prices are in South African rand and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment has cleared. If an item is unavailable we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
• Electrical components must be installed by a qualified, registered electrician in line with SANS 10142-1. Incorrect installation may void the manufacturer's warranty.
• Returns and refunds follow our Refund & Returns Policy and the Consumer Protection Act.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
